Santa Rae 1000 is a high-speed 120 black-and-white negative film which features a high contrast, broad tonal range, high sharpness and a distinct grain structure. The film delivers nice results when exposed on ISO 1000 and is therefore ideal for dark autumn days or street photography. ISO 1000 is not the nominal speed of this film (which is around 400) which explains the longer developing times (pushed processing).
The following developing times are advised to be used (the negatives are thinner than other films - this is normal but can require some extra work when putting them onto the film reels):
