Write the first reviewCompard Fix Ag Plus is a high-performance fixer concentrate for black-and-white film and paper with acidic pH values. It is based on the original formula of the discontinued Agfa Agefix fixer.
This highly concentrated liquid fixer is based on ammonium thiosulfate and performs excellent in terms of fixing speed, yield and durability. Depending on the used dilution, Fix Ag can be used as a normal or fast acting fixer bath. With replenishment it can also be used for paper processing in roller transport machines. Working solutions last about three months.
This Plus version features an even higher yield than the standard Fix Ag and offers a 40% higher capacity at the same dilution ratios.
Dilution (film): 1+5 / 1+7.
Yield (film): 105-210 films.
Dilution (paper): 1+7 / 1+9.
Yield (paper): 17.5 m².
