Write the first reviewBergger Pancro 400 is a new-generation, high speed black-and-white negative film that acts as the successor of the discontinued Bergger BRF400 film. When exposed at its nominal sensitivity of ISO 400, it delivers premium quality pictures with a very fine grain, good overall contrast and high sharpness.
As the name suggests, Pancro 400 is a panchromatically sensitized black-and-white film that features a unique two-layer film emulsion consisting of silver bromide and silver iodide. Both layers differ in the size of grain they offer and allow a very wide exposure latitude which makes Pancro 400 a real allround film.
Bergger Pancro 400 in film format 35mm is coated on a 135 micron acetate base and includes DX Coding. Pancro 400 in 120 roll film is coated on a 100 micron PET base while sheet versions are coated on a 175 micron PET base.
